A measured building survey is carried out to produce floor plans, elevations as well as sections through your building. Our surveyors undertake these surveys using the latest 3D scanning technology available. These state-of-the-art instruments allow us to collect all the information we need accurately in a time and cost-effective manner and help avoid any human error which may have occurred with surveying methods of the past. Our office software will then turn the data collected within a point cloud into clear 2D depictions with all relevant information for your project shown allowing us to portray an accurate representation of the building.
Using the latest surveying technology available to us means we will spend less time on site which in turn will save you money and the high level of detail our surveyors will capture whilst on site means there is little risk of us having to re-visit to collect missed information.
